Job Description
HNH International Distribution Limited is seeking a dedicated and efficient Sales Coordinator to handle urgent calls, emails, and messages, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth operations within the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable.
- Process orders by phone, email, or mail, ensuring correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Input orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with other departments to handle sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries efficiently.
- Develop and maintain filing systems to keep sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Make the company’s products and services attractive to potential customers.
- Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events.
- Help the sales team improve their productivity by contacting customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing.
- Proven experience as a sales coordinator.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, including Excel and Word).
- Advanced sales and customer service skills.
- Skilled in staff optimization and team development.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle.
