Job Title: Customer Care Executive

Organization: Roofings Group

Duty Station: Kampala

 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Keep customers informed of the status of their orders and availability of material thereby liaising with production.
• Handle and follow up on all customer complaints/inquiries/feedback received through all points of contact and follow through until resolution.
• Handle & manage inbound and outbound calls to/from customers regarding customer requests and complaints across all channels.
• Reduce situations involving unhappy customers and escalate all major issues in real time for resolution.
• Collect, analyze, and leverage customer data to generate sustainable growth.
• Prepare and disseminate reports for decision making based on the analysis done.

 

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• 3 years of Customer Service/call center experience in a busy workplace.
• Listening, sense of contact and customer satisfaction
• Good computers skills.
• Good Knowledge of CRM software
• Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
• Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
