Position Title: Administrative Officer
Location: Uganda
Reporting To: Academic/Administration Manager

Position Summary: The Administrative Officer will report to the Academic/Administration Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the department. This includes managing the front office, processing payments, coordinating meetings and events, supporting procurement, managing petty cash, stores, providing logistical support, coordinating travel and accommodation, supervising a team, and overseeing facility maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a busy organization, preferably a training institution, in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, along with strong coordination abilities.
