Full-time Position

Role Overview & Responsibilities: As a Field Sales Executive at Lyca Mobile, your main objective is to drive sales and revenue growth by acquiring new customers. You will focus on promoting and selling a variety of telecom services, including voice, data, and internet solutions, to both businesses and consumers within your assigned geographic territory.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring retailers have adequate stock, encouraging SIM card sales at retailer locations, enhancing brand awareness in the territory, and overseeing branding activities at Reseller outlets, among other tasks.

The gross pay for this role is Ugx. 700,000 (seven hundred Uganda thousand shillings).

Key Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telecom sales is essential.
  • Self-motivated team player with the ability to adapt and collaborate effectively in various situations.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including report writing abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related subject from a reputable university.
  • Must be below 30 years of age.
  • Residency in or near the following areas is required:
    • CBD: Civic Centre, Kamwokya, Kisenyi, Nakivubo, Nakulabye, Old Kampala
    • KAWEMPE: Busukuma, Bwaise, Gayaza, Kisasi, Kitezi, Kyebando, Maganjo, Mpererwe, Wampeewo, Wandegeya
    • MAKINDYE: Busabala, Ggaba, Kabalagala, Katwe, Kibuli, Makindye, Masaja, Seguku
    • NAKAWA: Buwate, Bweyogerere, Kira, Kireka, Kirinya, Kiwatule, Luzira, Nakawa, Namugongo
    • RUBAGA: Kbowa, Kasubi, Mengo, Najjanankubi, Busega, Kitebi, Lungujja
    • ENTEBBE: Kitoro, Lubowa, Nkumba, Kasubi, Namulanda, Kitubulu, Seguku, Namatee, Katabi, Bugonga, Nakiwoogo Landing Site, Abayita Ababiira, Manyago Qtrs.
