Job Summary:
Asili Farms is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Stores Clerk. This role involves managing inventory, receiving and recording stock, and coordinating store operations to ensure efficient supply chain management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing store operations, including the movement of various materials and supplies.
- Ensuring proper storage and classification of materials.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and reconciling with purchase orders.
- Coordinating supply chain activities and forecasting needs.
- Handling storage and transportation of hazardous materials.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the premises.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant qualifications such as CPIM certification will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in inventory control or a similar position.
- Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting methods.
- Familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Dependable and trustworthy.
