Position: Business Systems Administrator

Situation in the Organization:
- Reporting to: Finance Controller
- Service Dimensions: Based in Kampala with missions in Uganda and Tanzania. Interacts potentially with all EACOP Ltd end users. Works in coordination with IST, Finance, and HR Departments across Uganda and Tanzania.
Activities:
- Provide Tier 0 and Tier 2 support (Workday and FIS).
- Manage Knowledge Database, User Documentation, FAQ’s.
- Supervise Ticket intake and queue assignment.
- Assist in deployment and upgrade of Workday modules.
- Manage integration with other business systems.
- Follow all system evolutions and upgrades.
- Guarantee system quality, performance, and availability.
- Implement KPIs to monitor and improve activity.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
- Experience: 8 to 10 years’ experience in technical specialty (ERP and HCM applications support, security, data management).
- Proficiency in business systems/ERPs: Finance, HR, Contract & Procurement, Cloud-based solutions, Treasury, and Services.
- Finance background and experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Ability to organize and manage priorities.
- Rigorous and strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Creative and proposes performance improvement solutions.
