Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Adhere to business standards of client engagements like Salesforce, 360.
- Meet sales budgets and targets.
- Participate in sales campaigns and activations.
- Explain credit loan facility options and qualifying criteria to customers.
- Cross-sell banking products to customers within the portfolio.
- Grow the portfolio balance sheet as per set targets.
- Develop and execute a sales activity plan and client calling schedule.
Relationship Management/Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service adhering to service standards.
- Implement customer onboarding process and relationship management.
- Receive and verify customer documents for various processes.
- Educate customers about the Bank’s products and services.
- Inform customers of their rights and obligations.
- Notify customers regarding the approval/decline of credit loan facilities.
Operational Rigor and Compliance:
- Adhere to KYC policies and guidelines.
- Manage credit and operational risk in account opening and loan processing.
- Manage audit/risk parameters for advantaged banking processes.
- Monitor and action daily referrals/validation reports.
People Management:
- Collaborate with the branch team and leadership.
- Adhere to branch leadership authority.
Technical Competences and Skills:
- Customer focus, assertiveness, and interpersonal sensitivity.
- Planning, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Presentation skills, high integrity, and teamwork.
Knowledge & Expertise:
- Knowledge of Bank products, services, and policies.
- Understanding of retail goals and objectives, sales process, procedure manuals, relevant regulations, and markets.
- Knowledge of the Bank’s internal departments, procedures, risk, and rigor requirements.
- Understanding of portfolio management.
