China Forestry International Development Limited is seeking 15 dynamic individuals to join their team as Plantation/Factory Graduate Management Trainees (GMTs). Established in 2017 in Uganda, the company operates as an African-based developer, adding value to plantation products through resin extraction and wood processing. With ongoing projects spanning over 3000 hectares of plantation and employing over 800 workers globally, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing enterprise.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- University degree or above
- Fresh graduates under 25 years old with a CGPA > 3.5
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work outside Kampala
- Willingness to reside in plantation/factory accommodation and meals
