Job Purpose:
The HRBP will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. They will serve as a consultant on HR-related issues, focusing on performance management and learning & development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to business strategy by aligning organizational capabilities, structures, and processes.
- Implement an integrated HR approach for organizational effectiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated departments, delivering HR services.
- Support line managers in talent pipeline forecasting and planning.
- Coordinate performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess key metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Conduct job analysis to enhance staff productivity and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Provide advisory services on HR matters and manage employee relations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree in Human Resource Management, Social Sciences, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Professional qualification and/or postgraduate degree/master’s degree in relevant fields.
- 7-10 years of experience in HR business partnering, with exposure to performance management, recruitment, and learning & development in a competitive business environment.
