Reports to: Manager Administration
Purpose:
To transport staff and deliver NICL items, ensuring periodic maintenance of the motor vehicle in line with administrative and driver’s guidelines and road safety laws.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive NICL vehicles in compliance with driver’s guidelines, NICL policy, and road safety laws.
- Conduct daily vehicle maintenance checks and generate reports as per guidelines and NICL policy.
- Deliver NICL correspondence, property, and equipment following relevant policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movement, insurance, license, and service card as per NICL policies.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Advanced level certificate.
- Valid Class B driving permit.
- Class DM permit is an added advantage.
