Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
  2. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new employees.
  3. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  4. Lead the transition to a new payroll software and oversee its implementation.
  5. Execute payroll management tasks and maintain accurate records.
  6. Oversee employee relations and address issues as they arise.
  7. Maintain employee records and HR systems.
  8. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
