Primary Function:
The Management Executive Assistant will enhance the effectiveness of the Executive Leadership Team by providing administrative and information management support.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate meetings and communication with Government officials, Partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Manage the Executive Leadership Team’s schedule, appointments, travel arrangements, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare business correspondence such as letters, memos, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate and set up all meetings between the Executive Leadership Team and employees.
- Handle telephone calls, sort mail, and respond to queries.
- Maintain office supply inventory for the Executive Leadership Team.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of personnel issues and company data.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Leadership Team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4 years of related working experience in an International Organization.
Knowledge:
- Experience in the oil & gas industry with knowledge of upstream and downstream operations.
- Excellent business communication skills, including letter writing, report writing, and email etiquette.
- Strong scheduling and calendar management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems.
