JUBILEE SACCO Profile:
JUBILEE SACCO was founded in 1997 by the Diocese of West Ankole with a vision of “Economically Empowered Christian Community.” It is registered with Ministry of Trade and cooperatives under the Cooperatives Act 1991 Act section 78 and governed under cooperative societies regulations of 1992.
The SACCO now has presence in 5 districts of Greater Bushenyi with the main branch in Bushenyi- Bushenyi Ishaka Municipality and other branches in Kasheshero Town Council,Kabwohe in Sheema Municipality and Ndekye Rubirizi District.
Job Profile:
The main purpose of this role is to act as a liaison between applicants and the SACCO, helping qualified applicants obtain loans and set up payment plans.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications.
• Receive and make preliminary appraisals of loan applicants.
• Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
• Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations.
• Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans.
• Client mobilization and sensitization.
• Monitor and update member’s loan leger accounts.
• Submit loan applications in a timely manner.
• Respond to applicants questions and resolve any loan-related issues.
• Any other role as may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
• The applicant should possess a Minimum of a Diploma in Business Studies or related field from a recognized Institution.
• Innovative and with a proven level of integrity.
• Customer centric.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the SACCO products and services.
• Proficient communication and presentation skills.
