Job roles:

•  Support the Finance team in day-to-day operations and long-term projects, including financial analysis, invoicing, monitoring of the quality of data and forecasting.
• Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
• Assist in Posting payments into the ledger
• Assist in Posting petty cash
• Preparing weekly cash flow report

 

Minimum qualifications:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) or Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance,
• Must have knowledge of working in a computerized environment i.e, use of Ms excel, Ms Word, Power point and internet
• Must have good interpersonal skills especially when dealing with students, staff and visitors
• Must be a person of high integrity with excellent working ethic
