Are you a motivated salesperson looking for an opportunity to earn unlimited commission while making a meaningful impact on people’s lives? ICEA is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Sales Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for selling education life plans, helping clients secure their children’s future education while earning attractive commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively sell education life plans to clients, emphasizing the benefits of securing their child’s education.
  • Identify key locations and stakeholders, such as schools and teachers, to introduce the sales pitch with minimal resistance.
  • Execute strategic sales activities, including prospecting, calls, appointments, presentations, and closing sales.
  • Focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining accountability through weekly evaluations.
  • Continuously build relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales growth.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. A diploma in marketing with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Professional marketing qualifications like COP are advantageous.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the insurance sector.
