Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in chemical, bio-chemical, biotechnology, science technology-biology, chemistry, or any relevant field for the food industry.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the food industry, with expertise in ISO implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager & QA supervisor in providing leadership and strategy aligned with company strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to draft and approve integrated management system policies and procedures under the QA supervisor’s guidance.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance.
- Evaluate the adequacy of quality and food safety standards under the supervision of the QA supervisor.
- Implement integrated management systems covering QMS and FSMS standards.
- Plan, develop, and execute internal training programs for the department in collaboration with the QA supervisor.
- Assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor in reviewing the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues under the guidance of the QA supervisor.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data, analyzing it to identify areas for improvement in the quality assurance system.
- Prepare reports to communicate the outcomes of quality assurance activities.
- Support on-site audits conducted by external/third-party auditors, evaluate audit findings, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health safety and environmental regulatory requirements, in collaboration with the QA supervisor/HSE officer.
- Manage and maintain databases and documents for all management systems, including quality and food safety management systems.
- Report on the status of the quality levels of staff, systems, and production activities.
