Job Summary: The Field Marketing Officer will play a pivotal role in executing and implementing field marketing campaigns for WATU Credit Ltd. Working closely with the Marketing Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting awareness, generating leads, and creating upselling opportunities. The primary objective is to ensure that the company’s marketing efforts deliver maximum value to its business.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Represent WATU Credit Ltd in the field and execute the company’s marketing strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all products and services offered.
  • Foster positive relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Generate new customer leads by engaging with clients during field visits.
  • Conduct thorough product presentations to potential clients.
  • Address customer feedback, queries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Follow up on potential leads and convert them into customers.
  • Provide daily reports and feedback on field activities to key stakeholders.
  • Identify local market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and gather customer intelligence.
  • Organize and manage a calendar of marketing events such as workshops, promotions, and roadshows.
  • Assist in various marketing activities including product/service marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to determine the most effective strategies for reaching target groups.
  • Responsible handling of company resources and meticulous recording of expenses.
  • Cultivate and promote relationships with stakeholders such as dealerships, stage chairmen, and community leaders.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
  • Ability to ride a motorbike with a valid riding permit Class A is an added advantage.
