Job Title: Production Worker
Reports to: Production Supervisor

Location: SPOUTS of Water Factory, Uganda
Purpose of the Job:
The Production Worker is responsible for performing all duties related to the production of the company’s products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsibilities Unique to the Role:
- Conduct various duties such as assembling raw materials, operating machines, and testing products to ensure effective production of quality ceramic water filters. (40%)
- Participate in the assembly and packaging processes to ensure the distribution of quality products from the factory. (40%)
- Adhere to SPOUTS standards of conduct, applicable policies, and legislation to maintain workplace safety. (10%)
- Fulfill any other roles assigned concerning departmental objectives. (10%)

- Geographical Scope: Uganda
Requirements:
- Qualifications: O’Level or its equivalent
- Experience: Proven experience working in a factory environment
- Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English
Special Conditions:
- Regular travel between Head Office and the factory.
