Job Summary: The Team Leader will manage, lead, and guide the Regional Sales Agents Team to increase new client business in line with our strategy of growing the loan book.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships between the Company and key personnel at Government Institutions within the region.
- Oversee brand-related activities, including brand building and maintaining brand equity within the region.
- Provide operational support to Sales Agents, including recruitment, sales training, and coaching.
- Facilitate the uploading of new loan installments and procurement of supporting documents for Loan Applications.
- Assist in the collection of monthly remittances from payrolls.
- Establish and maintain a weekly planner for appointments and activations.
- Provide daily progress reports to the designated line manager.
Reporting Structure: The Team Leader will report to the Regional Manager.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification preferred.
- Minimum three years’ related work experience within a high-performance sales environment.
- Previous experience in the Microfinance sector advantageous.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Valid Driver’s License required.

Compensation: Annual cost-to-company remuneration package based on education, technical skills, and experience.
