Established in May 2012, we have expanded to several branches with headquarters in Entebbe.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Credit Officer will ensure the smooth operation of the operations department by implementing control measures and adhering to policies. They will maintain a clean portfolio with a PAR of not more than 3% by conducting proper loan appraisals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:
- Assess clients’ qualifications for loans based on the credit policy manual.
- Prepare and submit required loan processing documents to the credit committee.
- Conduct risk assessments to ensure optimal fund recovery.
- Advise management on loan policy and procedure reviews.
- Develop ongoing relationships between the company and clients.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and accurate filing of credit and loan information.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS:
Essential Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course, preferably Business Administration.
- Fresh graduate.
- Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid riding license or willing to learn within the 1st month.
- Fluent in commonly used local languages and willing to work in any branch.
- Age between 22 – 25 years.

- Demonstrates the highest level of ethical behavior.
- Maintains confidentiality.
- Possesses basic computer skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
