Job Summary: The NEPA Control Clerk will oversee the tracking and monitoring of the complete inventory of non-expendable property. This role involves working closely with all sixteen ICASS agencies and GSO sections to ensure the integrity and safekeeping of USG property. Key responsibilities include reviewing incoming/outgoing reports and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Completion of Secondary school (Both “O” and “A” Level) is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a role requiring meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of computer data input equipment, processes, and procedures.
- Ability to type 30 words per minute and tolerate repetitive work.
- Interpersonal skills required for dealing with American employees and family members.
- Willingness to shift property when recording NEPA numbers.
- Proficiency in English (Level IV) both spoken and written.
