Job Summary:
The Security Supervisor ensures the safety of bank premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate operations of Physical Security officers in line with security policy.
- Provide technical advice on security systems specifications.
- Conduct security and emergency procedure checks.
- Conduct security awareness programs for bank staff.
- Implement security risk assessment and review programs.
- Coordinate crime detection, arrest, and suspect escort to police.
- Receive and analyze periodic security reports from branches and compile comprehensive physical security reports.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Degree in a relevant field.
- Qualifications and/or certification in security management.
- Knowledge in investigation is an added advantage.
- At least five years of progressive experience in security management, with 3 years in CCTV management.
