About the Data Fellowship Program:
Dalberg Data Insights is seeking three Data Fellows to join their team. As a Data Fellow, you will actively participate in ongoing projects, rotating between various Data Science and Project Management roles. This six-month program offers a comprehensive learning experience, encouraging fellows to drive initiatives related to data for development. Successful fellows will be offered full-time employment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Curiosity, resourcefulness, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and on multiple engagements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Understanding of the social impact sector and familiarity with data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of AI technologies and practical implementation in product development.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.
- Capability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 0-2 years of experience in digital solutions.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and data engineering principles.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and project management skills.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and strong presentation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and adapt to their needs.

Salary:
During the six-month fellowship: $800 per month
