Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in any business-related field.
- Possession of a valid driving license, at least class “B”.
- Minimum of 3 years’ continuous driving experience.
- Willingness to stay and work in upcountry locations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in languages spoken within the preferred region is an added advantage.
Skills:
- Proficient in report writing and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders, both external and internal.
- Strong driving skills.
- High level of confidentiality.
Job Summary: As a Recovery Agent, you will be responsible for investigating, tracking, locating, and repossessing offline and stolen vehicles as per the coordinates provided by your coordinator. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent driving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate, track, locate, and repossess offline and stolen vehicles based on provided coordinates.
- Communicate with financial institutions regarding any issues with vehicle tracking systems.
- Network with relevant stakeholders and other tracking companies.
- Maintain proper documentation and send reports on recovery progress.
- Adhere to company processes, procedures, and code of conduct.
