Position Overview
The Financial Controller will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, internal control, and financial reporting to management and the board of directors. Additional responsibilities include maintaining internal financial records, generating reports, issuing and collecting payments, processing payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong understanding of financial control environments
- Proven record of identifying process improvements and implementing changes
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to support the learning and development of staff
Education and Experience
- ACA, ACCA, CA Inter, or MBA with Finance
- 7-15 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector
- Experience in a leadership role with exposure to strategic planning and financial budgeting
