Job Profile:
To provide catering, food planning and preparation services in accordance with program guidelines, applicable sanitation standards and contractual obligations.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Plan meals for patients and customers.
- Food preparation and presentation.
- Producing meals on time and serving right meals at a right time.
- Work closely with chef to determine the best methods of preparation for individual food taste.
Minimum Qualifications for Nakasero Hospital Jobs 2021
Competencies/Abilities:
Ability to multi-task and deal with diverse responsibilities, Interpersonal skills, Analytical, communication and writing skills, analytical, problem-solving and creative work approach, Time management and teamwork, Knowledge of health hazards in food service and precautionary measures.
Knowledge/Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of UCE and qualification in catering
- At least one-year of working experience in a similar role.
