Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services (CORSU) Profile:
Comprehensive Rehabilitation Services for people with disability in Uganda (CORSU) was established in 2006 as a private non-profit, non-governmental organization and is supported by CBM (Christian Blind Mission). CORSU provides Orthopaedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Rehabilitation, mainly for children as well as adults with disability.
Qualifications
- University degree preferably in Fundraising, Grants Proposal writing,
- Project management or any other relevant field
- Project planning and management qualification
- Multi lingual skills.
- 3 years’ experience in funding proposal writing and a proven track record of writing successful grants.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent writing, communication, presentation and social skills
- Experience in working in the NGO/Not-for-Profit sector with proven track record of strategic planning, proposal writing and budgeting for institutional donors. (Experience with EU or USAID funding is an advantage).
- Good understanding of disability,
- Willingness to travel as required.
