Job Summary:
The Shop Attendant will offer support to customers in a high-end shopping complex.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and escorting customers
- Explaining about the restaurant and menu with proper knowledge
- Taking orders using the provided Point of Sale system
- Serving food and drinks
- Clearing and organizing tables after customers leave.
- Other related service works to keep the high level service to satisfy customers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates with no experience are welcome as well as he/she is willing to learn and open to feedback.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or retail is regarded as a plus.
