- Resident of Jinja or Mayuge districts
- Fluent in English and local language
- Excellent communication skills

About the Company: Restless Development is a youth-led organization dedicated to empowering young people to actively participate in policy discussions regarding sexual and reproductive health needs and rights by 2025.
About the Role: The Youth Researcher will lead a project on identifying barriers young people face in accessing green jobs and developing strategies to support their aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support program activities to ensure smooth implementation
- Attend foundation training for research
- Mobilize respondents for research
- Conduct data collection and transcription
- Ensure data validity through rigorous scrutiny
- Ensure safety during research activities
- Attend analysis workshops and contribute to reports
- Perform other duties as required
