Easy Housing is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team! We specialize in providing sustainable, social, and scalable housing across Uganda and other African countries. Our circular, biobased homes are not only affordable but also contribute to carbon sequestration and local job creation.
To further develop the market potential in Uganda, we’re expanding our team with a dedicated salesperson who knows their way around the housing sector. With a team and office in Kampala, we plan on growing further in 2024.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in sales.
- Experience in housing or real estate is a plus.
- Affinity with sustainable and affordable housing.
- Strong proactive and autonomous approach.
- Ability to close deals effectively.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and organizations.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Luganda is a plus.
- Based in Kampala and able to commute to our office in Bugolobi.
Job Activities:
As a Sales Representative in Uganda, you will be responsible for the following activities:
- Following up with clients from first contact till signed contract.
- Keeping an overview of all (potential) clients and leads.
- Leading sales meetings.
- Making and sending out quotations.
- Handling incoming messages on WhatsApp for Business.
- Reaching out to relevant stakeholders.
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of Easy Housing.

Practical Details:
- Location: Bugolobi, Kampala.
- Office Presence: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Contract: Full-time 1-year contract, with a 3-month probationary period.
- Start: As soon as possible.
- Team Size: Approximately 17 team members.
