Job Summary:

The Human Resource Officer will manage HR Information Systems (HRIS), including Performance Management System, Payroll Systems, Learning Management System, and HR Intranet. Responsibilities include data management, analysis, preparation of reports, and ensuring HRIS continuity and security.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR Information Systems (on-boarding new employees, Performance Management System, Payroll Systems, leave management, updating staff details in Oracle).
  • Supervise data input in HR Information Systems: organization structures, job profiles, biodata, transitions, updates, amendments.
  • Prepare simple and complex HRIS reports and scenario analysis to support HR and Business Managers’ decision-making.
  • Implement HRIS Business Continuity Planning, Disaster Recovery, and Readiness Testing as per Bank policy requirements.
  • Supervise filing, storage, and retrieval of office documents, staff personal files, ensuring all records and databases are up to date.
  • Conduct HRIS improvements to meet emerging HR needs and use standard HR reports.
  • Maintain data, records, and statistics relating to HRIS: system licenses, change management, Systems versioning.
  • Ensure data security and confidentiality of employee information in line with data protection guidelines and procedures.
  • Oversee HR Information system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance.
  • Provide user training and support for HRIS functionality.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, IT, or a Business-Related Field.
  • Professional Qualifications: Certificate/Diploma/Higher Diploma in Post Graduate Diploma in HR General and/or data analytics.
  • Two years of related work experience.
