Job Title: Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accuracy in financial records.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations.
- Assist in managing the month-end close process and prepare comprehensive financial reports.
- Assist in monitoring and strategically managing cash flow to meet operational needs.
- Analyze and provide explanations for variances in financial performance.
- Reconcile physical inventory counts with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Conduct detailed analysis of COGS to identify errors, trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in costing and pricing products.
- Assist in mentoring and guiding accounts assistants, contributing to their professional development.
- Participate in the appraisal process for accounts assistants, providing valuable insights into their performance and growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA level 2 minimum).
- Proven experience in account reconciliation, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
