Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports on CIC KPI performance.
- Conduct spatial analysis to identify geographical gaps, segment outlets on a map based on required profiles (volume, segmentation, sales manager area, sales rep area) to optimize resource deployment and cover geographical gaps effectively.
- Take accountability for the Tech support of BEES Suite (BEES Customer, BEES Force, BEES Care, BEES Grow).
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of system bugs.
- Manage DMS Distributor inventory, ensuring timely reimbursement by the distributor for issued inventory and maintaining an up-to-date asset database.
- Provide operational support to the field Sales and distribution team.
- Make timely changes to the DMS system for smooth transactions by Sales and distributor teams (e.g., product changes, price changes, customer profiles, etc.).
- Profile new customers, upload customer data into the DMS system, and create route plans to minimize system tardiness.
- Make schedule changes as requested and upload them.
- Manage back-office operations for all tech systems including Sales force, DMS.
- Conduct DMS Database management.
- Lead team trainings on new Tech and tech updates.
- Conduct trainings for teams in BEE Academy.
- Collaborate with BU, zone, and global DTech teams on issue resolution, user requirements, and new updates.
- Support the RTM function in the optimal use of all Tech.
