Job Title: Tele-Sales Officers

Job Details:
Procure sales through telephone communication
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Enhance customer service and company image.
- Interest customers in taking loans from Platinum Credit (U) Ltd.
- Obtain referrals from existing customers for more customers.
- Assist in growing retail sales for branches by referring customers contacted within their regions.
- Demonstrate and deliver professional, effective, and efficient customer service.
- Make after-sales courtesy calls to establish customer satisfaction.
- Procure sales in the company’s offered products.
- Customer retention service.
- Onboarding new customers.
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
- Diploma in sales, marketing, or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
- Ability to close sales and resolve customer complaints.
- At least six (6) months experience in Tele-Sales.
- Knowledge of Office Administration.
- Minimum age 23 years old and Maximum of 30 years old.

- Analytical capabilities for report-writing purposes.
- Integrity and ability to work in and lead a dynamic team.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of company credit/lending policy.
- Team player who can efficiently manage people in a changing environment.
- Good computer and database skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
