About the Role:
As the Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the success of Ssentozo users. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our esteemed MFI partners, guiding them through onboarding, maximizing their use of Ssentozo’s features, and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new MFI partners and ensure a smooth Ssentozo setup process.
  • Provide ongoing product training and support to Ssentozo users.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend solutions to optimize their Ssentozo experience.
  • Monitor customer usage data and identify opportunities to enhance their success.
  • Build strong relationships with Ssentozo users and foster a community of satisfied customers.
  • Gather valuable customer feedback to inform product development and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer success role, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • In-depth understanding of the microfinance landscape in Uganda (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications.
