Aitenga Women Empowerment Organisation is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) based in Uganda that focuses on empowering women, particularly single mothers, through economic empowerment. The organization was established as a charity arm of a Taiwanese team, with the goal of creating sustainable job opportunities, fostering self-reliance, and developing entrepreneurial skills among women.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- The applicant must hold a bachelor’s degree in social work, social sciences, or a related field.
- Two years of working experience in community development initiatives.
- Computer literacy i.e. proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Proven organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
