Key Duties and Responsibilities: As a Project Assistant, you will work under the overall supervision of the ECTAD Country team leader and directly report to the VPP Project Country Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring timely implementation of project activities, including workplan monitoring, reporting, and formulation.
  2. Taking minutes during important meetings, proofreading documentation, and preparing draft invitation letters and agendas following FAO guidelines.
  3. Supporting the development of communication products (such as PPTs and social media content) for sharing with the communications unit.
  4. Organizing and facilitating virtual and face-to-face events, as well as in-field missions, in alignment with FAO rules and regulations.
  5. Coordinating travel and data reimbursements for workshop attendees.
  6. Collecting and organizing data from VPP training institutions, VPPs, third-party organizations, and relevant stakeholders.
