Position Summary:
The Administrative Officer will report to the Academic/Administration Manager, Uganda, and will be responsible for providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the School of Nursing and Midwifery. Key responsibilities include managing the Front Office, payment processing, petty cash management, coordination of meetings and events, supporting procurement, stores management, logistical support, coordination of travel and accommodation, and overseeing facility maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a training institution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and strong coordination skills.
