Job Purpose:
The Sales Representative will act as the primary point of contact between Asaak and its customers, focusing on maintaining current client relationships, identifying new markets and customer leads, and ensuring the successful sale of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services, focusing on boda products.
- Generate customer leads through cold calling.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports detailing sales activities, customer needs, and market potential.
- Service existing accounts, secure orders, and establish new accounts through effective planning and organization.
- Conduct research on potential customer demographics and service preferences.
- Segment sales efforts based on research findings.
- Canvass assigned territories to introduce company products to potential customers.
- Evaluate competitive products and recommend changes in company offerings.
- Resolve customer complaints through thorough investigation and effective problem-solving.
- Establish and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Address client queries regarding credit terms, product details, prices, and availability.
Person Specifications:
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team, under minimal supervision, and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficient in negotiation, prospecting, and closing sales.
- Effective presentation skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- A diploma in business, marketing, or related field; a degree or higher is preferred.
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales/marketing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to ride a motorcycle.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Experience Required: At least 12 months
Education Level: Minimum of a Diploma, Degree preferred
