Sugar Corporation of Uganda Limited (SCOUL), part of the Mehta Group of Companies, is the leading producer of mill white sugar in the country. Located at 45kms on the Kampala – Jinja Highway, within the vicinity of Lugazi Municipal Council, Buikwe District, SCOUL is seeking to recruit qualified individuals to fill the following vacant positions:
1) Field Officers (3 vacancies)
- Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Transport and Logistics.
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in Cane Haulage/Transport Management.
2) Supervisor Roads (2 vacancies)
- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience/Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience in roads construction.
3) Auto Electrician (2 vacancies)
- Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Auto Electrical & Motor Vehicle Wiring.
- Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in automobile workshop.
4) Workshop Supervisor (1 vacancy)
- Qualification: Diploma in Automotive Mechanics/Engineering.
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in haulage fleet maintenance.
5) Maintenance Officer (1 vacancy)
- Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Engineering / Diploma in Automotive Mechanics.
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in haulage fleets maintenance.
6) Welder (5 vacancies)
- Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in Welding and Fabrication.
- Experience: 3 years hands-on practical experience.
7) Mechanics (9 vacancies)
- Qualification: Diploma/Advanced Certificate in Automotive Mechanics.
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in haulage fleets maintenance.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
