Position Overview: Bishop Stuart University is seeking a competent individual for the position of Project Driver in the RETI Program. The Project Driver will be responsible for driving and providing safe transportation for project staff, guests, and other assigned passengers, as well as ensuring the general maintenance of motor vehicles.

Key Functions:

  • Transporting passengers and delivering messages, documents, and letters
  • Fleet management, including fuel allocation and vehicle maintenance
  • Ensuring the vehicle is clean and in good condition
  • Maintaining accurate vehicle logs and records

Requirements/Job Specifications and Skills:

  • UACE certificate required; diploma in mechanical engineering is an added advantage
  • Valid driving license/permit of Class B and D1 or DL
  • Certificate in defensive driving
  • Minimum 3 years of driving experience with a clean record
  • National ID required
  • Vehicle management skills and computer literacy preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High level of integrity and ability to work under pressure
