Qualifications:
- Relationship Manager (Institutional Banking):
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
- Professional qualifications in ACCA, CPA, CFA, etc., are an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a commercial banking environment, with 3 years in Customer Relationship Management/Business Development.
- Trader Global Markets (Dealer):
- University degree or equivalent.
- ACI Certification.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a busy Treasury environment.
- Senior Manager, Central Operations:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business-related field.
- Masters in Finance, Banking, or relevant field is an added advantage.
- Professional Banking Qualification is an added advantage.
- At least 5 years of work experience in Banking, with 3 years in a management position in Banking Operations.
- Specified Officer Bancassurance:
- Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP), Certificate in Insurance will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in Insurance business development and Claims handling.
- Relationship Manager, Insurance & Intermediaries:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized accredited university.
- Relevant professional qualification in banking, finance, or marketing.
- At least 7 years of experience in Banking or related financial institutions, with at least 4 years in a sales or sales support role.
