Qualifications:

  1. Relationship Manager (Institutional Banking):
    • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
    • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an added advantage.
    • Professional qualifications in ACCA, CPA, CFA, etc., are an added advantage.
    • At least 5 years of working experience in a commercial banking environment, with 3 years in Customer Relationship Management/Business Development.
  2. Trader Global Markets (Dealer):
    • University degree or equivalent.
    • ACI Certification.
    • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a busy Treasury environment.
  3. Senior Manager, Central Operations:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business-related field.
    • Masters in Finance, Banking, or relevant field is an added advantage.
    • Professional Banking Qualification is an added advantage.
    • At least 5 years of work experience in Banking, with 3 years in a management position in Banking Operations.
  4. Specified Officer Bancassurance:
    • Bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
    • Certificate of Proficiency (COP), Certificate in Insurance will be an added advantage.
    • At least 2 years of experience in Insurance business development and Claims handling.
  5. Relationship Manager, Insurance & Intermediaries:
    • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized accredited university.
    • Relevant professional qualification in banking, finance, or marketing.
    • At least 7 years of experience in Banking or related financial institutions, with at least 4 years in a sales or sales support role.
