Job Profile:
Virtual assistants help their employers with daily administrative tasks and schedules. Instead of going into the office every day, virtual assistants complete their responsibilities remotely at home or in another location of their choice with internet access.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responding to emails and phone calls
- Scheduling meetings
- Booking travel accommodations
- Manage expense reports, orders, and confidential financial information.
Minimum Qualifications for HIF Uganda Jobs 2021
MINIMAL SKILLS:
• Openness to learning new tools
• Follows directions
• Data gathering/research & data entry
• Ability to identify and correct errors
• Internet research
• Proficient reading comprehension to make basic interpretations of research
• Ability to check facts, gather sources, make comparisons, etc
• Data update, editing, & merging
• Experience with cloud-based software/software as a service
• Experience using proxies/VPNs with separate browser profiles/containers
• Account registration & multi-account management
• Proficiency with the following tools/websites:
• Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs
• Google search queries
• Remote desktop / RDP / TeamViewer
BONUS SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Proficient in English writing
• Content Writing (articles, news articles, short-form posts)
• Project Management experience
• Web Scraping
• Email Marketing
• Email Handling
• Social media management (multiple accounts)
• LinkedIn Recruiting
• Experience using find and replace searches in Notepad++
• Familiarity with regular expressions
• Graphic design (ability to use Canva, GIMP, Photoshop, or another cloud-based image/graphic design program)
Experience with SEO tools
