Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source for potential clients (Marketing)
- Create awareness and need for Life Insurance and financial related packages
- Secure Clients (Sales)
- Retain acquired clients (Customer service)
- Support to start and grow in the career: Continuous Training, incentives, and insurance, career growth in form of leadership opportunities.
Earnings potential: The remuneration has the potential to grow by 27% per Month/Quarter
Minimum Qualifications for ICEA Life Assurance Jobs
- Academic Qualification: Minimum of a Degree from a reputable institution in any business course
- Great at creating and building relationships with key stakeholders
- Highly trainable and Resilient
- Focused on and motivated by personal improvement
- Age: Between 25 to 38 Years
