Job Summary:
Are you passionate about working with farmers, enjoy connecting with people, and have a talent for putting a smile on everyone’s face? We are looking for someone to join tech solution Emata’s impact team. Be a key part in helping us change lives by bringing affordable loans to farmers.
Roles and responsibilities:
As part of our Impact Team, you perform our field activities and play a key part in scaling up, training and supporting dairy cooperatives, crop aggregators and farmers that use Emata. You also act as a link between our technical and product teams and the users to collect feedback and promote Emata and its vision. More concretely, your responsibilities include:
- Select, sign-up, onboard, train and support dairy cooperatives
- Rollout our digital loan product to crop farmers
- Build and maintain relationships with partner NGOs, dairy cooperatives, crop aggregators, and farmers.
- Observe and collect user feedback to support continuous product development.
- Give presentations and demos
You will work closely with the Emata product team. The position will be located in the central region with frequent travel to the field.
