Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and Submit the demand plan in liaison with the Sales teams.
- Update the Stock Projection Files for Fuel and Specialty Imports.
- Submit the OTS & BPS, Lubes, LPG, payment and tax requisitions to Finance for payments.
- Be in charge of the preparation of Supply operational Business Review Presentations.
- Participate in the coordination with the Supply Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless operations for loadings by transporters.
- Manage operational Stock Availability (SAP) in Kenya plants and posting for products purchased locally for business requirements.
- Account Management for Supply product vendors
- Contributes to the stock reconciliation process with the view of accurate completion of the RPM recons
- Part of select team to Consolidate and Create Global stock Reports for daily publishing
Minimum Qualifications
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Management (CIPS is an added advantage)
- At least two years of experience in Supply Chain and Operations (Petroleum Industry is an added advantage)
