Mukwano Industries Uganda Limited Profile:
The Mukwano Group of Companies is the leading manufacturer of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in the Great Lakes region, producing a wide range of market leader brands in soaps, edible cooking oils and fats, detergents, beverages, personal care products and plastics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Capturing daily/shift wise, product wise, and color-wise production data in SAP
- Generating production-related reports
- Responsible for maintaining and up to dating stock in the system
- Handling production confirmation on a daily basis
- Preparing material reservations on a daily basis
- Preparing stock reconciliation on a daily basis,
- Compiling and filing copies of production-related documents
- Any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time to ensure a continuous flow of work.
Minimum Qualifications:
Educational qualifications and experience
- The candidate should have at least a Diploma in Information Technology or any other business-related discipline
- Knowledge of the Manufacturing Process is an added advantage
- One year’s working experience in a similar role in a large company
- Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Self-motivated, Dedicated, Punctual, Result Oriented, Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Records management skills, knowledge of computer packages, professional skills, and good behavioural competencies
- The jobholder is not subject to work that is physically demanding and is generally not exposed to any hazards as a direct consequence of the job
- The jobholder is on call and may be required to work overtime and weekends.
