Job Title: Operations Officer Treasury Back Office
Organization: Finance Trust Bank
Duty Station: Kampala
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure timely posting of cash and treasury transactions in the core banking system with no delays on a daily basis.
- Ensure timely deal confirmations, submissions of swift copies and settlements done with partners on a daily basis
- Change forex exchange rates (FX) in the core banking system as advised by the risk department on a daily basis
- Monitor Fixed deposits, Bonds and standing order functionality and expiry dates in both the core banking system and advise customers on the way forward
- Support branches with system rights to perform their duties.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by your supervisors.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- At least 2 years experience in the banking sector at a supervision level.
- Good communication skills.
- Task and Result oriented.
- Team prayer.
