Rapidez Writers is a leading provider of resume writing services, staffed by professional recruiters who are dedicated to helping individuals enhance their career prospects. We are currently seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our Vice President.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the Vice President’s calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  2. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  3. Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and presentations.
  4. Act as a liaison between the Vice President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items.
  5. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Vice President.
  6. Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.
  7. Conduct research and compile data as needed to support the Vice President’s initiatives and decision-making processes.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  9. Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, filing systems, and other administrative tasks as required.
  10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting senior-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
