Exquisite Solution is seeking a responsible Service Center Advisor to assist the Service Center Manager in managing the service center’s daily operations and implementing dual control measures.

Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive excellent customer service in the service center
  • Assist the Service Center Manager in daily operations and dual control implementation
  • Handle customer problems, complaints, and queries
  • Educate customers on products and services
  • Escalate customer issues when necessary
  • Support companywide business initiatives
  • Ensure service standards are maintained according to the blueprint
  • Supervise third-party teams
  • Assist the SC Manager in operational activities
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports
  • Manage manpower resources at the cluster with SCOM


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a service environment


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Capability and willingness to take responsibility

Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
